State of Leonida The stage for GTA VI: Rockstar's Florida, with a dash of Georgia along its northern edge. Beach resorts, theme parks, swampland, and the busiest port in the world. License plates read 'The Goodtime State'; the state seal shows a person being eaten by an alligator. 
Vice City Leonida's beating heart and the modern-Miami answer to the neon 1980s original. Motto: 'Everything in Excess.' Fourteen named districts, a cruise-port billed as the world's busiest, three pro sports teams, and a transit line called the Metro Mule.
