Lucia Caminos Half of the playable duo and the first GTA lead woman with a full voice. Raised in Liberty City by a father who put boxing gloves on her before most kids get a bike, she took the fall defending her family and walked into Leonida Penitentiary — then walked out on a lucky break. Jason might be her ticket to the life her mom always wanted.
Jason Duval The other half of the duo. Grew up surrounded by small-time hustlers, escaped into the Army, and came out the other side running product for drug smugglers in the Leonida Keys. He crashes rent-free in a Key Lento stilt house owned by Brian Heder — payment comes in shakedown work. Wants a quiet life; keeps not getting one.
Cal Hampton Jason's friend and coworker at Brian's boatyard. A happy conspiracy theorist who'd rather stay home with a beer, a police scanner, and the Coast Guard frequency than go anywhere. Rockstar pitches him as living at the low tide of America — and loving it.
Boobie Ike Vice City royalty who converted street credibility into a legitimate portfolio: real estate, the Jack of Hearts strip club, and a recording studio. His heart is in Only Raw Records, the label he runs with Dre'Quan Priest.
Dre'Quan Priest A hustler who always saw dealing as a means and music as the end. Started out booking acts into Boobie's club; now runs Only Raw Records and just signed Real Dimez, aiming straight at the heart of Vice City's music scene.
Real Dimez Roxy and Bae-Luxe — best friends since high school who monetized chaos: first shaking down local dealers, then flipping the lifestyle into rap tracks and a relentless social feed. An early hit with Vice City rapper DWNPLY put them on the map; Only Raw Records wants lightning to strike twice.
Raul Bautista A veteran bank robber with charm to spare and a recruiting eye for people willing to gamble big. Every job he plans raises the stakes a little higher — eventually his crew will have to go all-in or walk away.
Brian Heder A relic of the golden age of Keys smuggling who never retired — he just got a boatyard. Still moves product through Brian's Boat Works & Marina with Lori, wife number three, and lets Jason live on his property in exchange for dirty work. Looks like a beach bum, operates like a shark. State of Leonida The stage for GTA VI: Rockstar's Florida, with a dash of Georgia along its northern edge. Beach resorts, theme parks, swampland, and the busiest port in the world. License plates read 'The Goodtime State'; the state seal shows a person being eaten by an alligator.
Vice City Leonida's beating heart and the modern-Miami answer to the neon 1980s original. Motto: 'Everything in Excess.' Fourteen named districts, a cruise-port billed as the world's busiest, three pro sports teams, and a transit line called the Metro Mule.
Vice Beach The barrier-island twin of Vice City: pastel art-deco hotels, white sand, and the Ocean Beach strip. It opens Trailer 1 with dolphins, jet skis, and a banner-towing seaplane.
Leonida Keys A lazy tropical island chain off the southern tip — the game's Florida Keys and home turf for Jason, Lucia, Cal, and Brian. Cheap bars, easy living, and some of the most dangerous waters in America just offshore. Key Lento The key where Jason and Lucia share a stilt house — and where Brian Heder's boatyard-slash-smuggling operation does business.
Port Gellhorn The forgotten coast: a faded panhandle resort town of shuttered attractions, cheap motels, and strip malls running on malt liquor and truck-stop energy drinks. Modeled on Panama City, Florida.
Grassrivers Leonida's Everglades: flooded grasslands, mangroves, airboats, flamingos, and gators — with heavy hints that gators are not the deadliest thing out there.
Ambrosia A company town with one company: Allied Crystal and its massive sugar refinery, on the bank of Lake Leonida. The Final Chapter MC biker gang handles most of what the refinery doesn't. Modeled on Clewiston, 'America's Sweetest Town.' Vehicles

Declasse Tulip Lucia's cherry-red partner in crime and the unofficial mascot of the entire reveal. A slab of early-'70s Detroit attitude that wears its stickers and scuffs like jewelry.
Ganado Jason's turquoise muscle-ute — half hot rod, half work truck, all Gulf Coast swagger. The kind of machine that hauls bait in the morning and trouble by night.
Bravado Banshee The series' favorite widow-maker is back, flashing chrome-blue through Trailer 2 like it never left. Long hood, short temper.
Invetero Coquette America's fiberglass sweetheart, now with Leonida humidity baked into the paint. Attainable-exotic energy for the marina parking lot.
Pfister Comet S2 Cabrio Top down, sunscreen on, ego fully inflated. The German-flavored drop-top built for slow laps past the beach crowd.
Pfister Growler The junior exotic that never got the memo about being junior. Mid-engine balance, valet-stand looks, weekday-warrior price bracket.
Grotti Itali GTO Italian thunder in a tailored suit. A front-engine GT that treats the causeway like its personal runway.
Enus Paragon R Old money on new tires. The British grand tourer for people who want 200 mph without wrinkling the linen. Weapons

Klose K17 Lucia's compact sidearm of choice — polymer-framed, no-nonsense, and never far from her hand. Small gun, big statement.
Girardi ES9 Jason's classic service pistol — all-metal, old-school, dependable as a Florida thunderstorm at 4 PM.
Morgan A big-bore revolver with backwoods manners. Six chances to end an argument, no paperwork on style points.
Mustang .357 Polished steel, walnut grips, and a name that sounds like a bar fight. The connoisseur's wheelgun.
Nipper .38 A snub-nosed pocket pistol that made it onto the cover art itself. Small enough to hide, famous enough not to.
Capo A pistol with a mob-boss name and matching attitude. Spotted in the hands of Vice City's less reputable citizens.
DW9 A compact spray-and-pray machine pistol straight out of the neon decade. Pairs well with pastel suits and poor impulse control.
SMG (MP5-style) The professional's submachine gun, glimpsed mid-chaos in Trailer 2. In-game name still classified.
